When you've been at a conference or taking a professional development session, have you ever been surprised to hear "technical assistance" or "TA" used very differently from your own understanding of what it means? You're in good company--and, things are changing in Colorado. Please join this session to learn about how TA, as defined by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, can support you! Hear about this widely-researched, effective framework for mentoring, coaching, consultation, and learn how individualized professional development can help you be successful with diverse staff, children, and families.
