With over 32 years of experience in early childhood education, Dawn Ryan is a dedicated professional, advocate, and leader in the field. Starting out in a home daycare, evolved to working in Early HeadStart then, as the owner and director of Aspen Mountain Tots and other Early Childhood Centers in Aspen, Colorado. She brings both passion and expertise to her work every day. Dawn holds a Level 6 credential with Colorado’s PDIS and is a certified trainer, committed to mentoring parents of young children, and the next generation of educators.
A proud mother of three and grandmother of seven, Dawn understands the deep importance of nurturing environments both at home and in the classroom. She believes in the power of play, creating environments of true belonging, and designing hygge-inspired classrooms that foster comfort, connection, and joy.
