Sobia Khan is the founder and managing director of Colorado Childcare Consulting, with over 25 years of experience in early childhood education. She has worked in various capacities, including family home provider, director, coach, and a trainer. As a former quality assessment and data associate for the Colorado Shines Quality Rating and Improvement System, she conducted many Environmental Rating Scales and CLASS tool observations.

Sobia is a certified Pyramid Plus Approach Trainer, Pyramid Colorado Facilitator, Credentialed Coach, and Reflective Supervision Consultant. She holds certifications in TPOT, TPITOS, ITERS-3, ECERS-3, PAS, and CLASS (all ages) and has trained and coached hundreds of early childhood professionals.

At Colorado Childcare Consulting, Sobia's mission is to collaborate with early childhood programs and providers to support quality initiatives. She believes that empowering the childcare workforce is essential to achieving high child outcomes. Her team offers tailored services, including professional development trainings, baseline ERS and CLASS observations, and reflective supervision, guiding programs on their unique quality improvement journeys.
