Claire Winchester is a dedicated early childhood coach, consultant, and researcher with a dynamic career that spans various educational roles. With a foundation built from her early days as a neighborhood babysitter, she now brings a wealth of experience – from teaching elementary classrooms to delivering early intervention to conducting leading-edge developmental research. At the helm of Growth, she's an internationally recognized Board Certified Behavior Analyst, consultant, and author. Her projects extend from local schools to global initiatives, notably in Mexico and Saudi Arabia. She specializes in early childhood behavior and development, inclusion and trauma-informed practice, and social-emotional learning. Alongside her husband, she enjoys the outdoors in the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado in the company of their dog, Waffles. Claire is passionate about using the depth and breadth of her experiences to improve the lives of children and families around the world!
