Judy is a coach who feels everyone deserves a safe container. Using strategies to integrate the body, mind and spirit into the daily schedule on and off of the mat . Judy is also Director Qualified, Holds a level 6 credential , trainer credential as well as a Masters Degree in human development. She is certified in Trauma sensative yoga for both adults and children. Judy has served in a variety of program models and roles.
