Carolyn is an early childhood educator, training facilitator and instructional coach with 15 years of experience in the field. She has taught both in private and public schools, with children aged 18 months to 8 years. She has also interviewed, trained, coached and supervised adults in the early childhood sphere for several years as a Coaching Specialist with AmeriCorp's Early Learning Corps Program. She gained her Masters in Early Childhood Education through UCD and the Stanley Teacher Prep Program in 2015, and holds a Coach and Trainer certification from CDEC. Her background as a teacher, parent, and education coach gives her a unique perspective on early childhood development as well as adult learning styles. She is passionate about both social-emotional learning and development in children and social-emotional wellbeing in adults.
