Janet’s life’s mission has been to activate the capacity in individual children and adults to be whole, e.g., know who they are, what gifts they bring to this world, what purpose they serve in supporting humanity, and then to support them in reaching their highest human potential. She envisions a world of healthy individuals that value, nurture, and celebrate human connection, facilitate conscious and responsive practices, and inspire transformative learning by generating deep and courageous thinking leading to innovation. Currently, Janet is founder, coach and consultant for Coaching Potentials and the EC Coaching instructor of the three-course Coaching Certificate Program, which she co-designed in 2010 as a founding (2007) and current member of the Colorado Coaching Consortium. Janet has 49 years of experience developing federal, state and Tribal early education systems in organizations. She was a national TA EC Specialist/Manager, CO EC Program Director, college faculty, EC teacher, and parent/staff educator/consultant and coach. With an ECE M.A. from UCD, a B.A. in Behavioral Science from Metropolitan State University and a Montessori International teaching credential for ages 2-7, her career focus has been on implementing human behavior science to maximize human potential.
