Stephanie Swenson is a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood coach and consultant with a clear mission: to support and empower early educators in creating nurturing, responsive, and high-quality environments for young children and their families. Her vision is rooted in the belief that when educators feel seen, valued, and supported, the ripple effect reaches every child in their care.

Stephanie proudly serves the rural community she grew up in, bringing a deep understanding of its unique strengths, challenges, and values. With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, she offers both practical and professional insight through relationship-based, strength-focused coaching and consultation.

She has continued to grow professionally through facilitating and coaching around the Pyramid Model implementation, EQIT (Expanding Quality for infant and toddler care), and social-emotional development. Stephanie is also certified in several widely used classroom observation tools, including CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System), ERS (Environment Rating Scales), and TPOT (Teaching Pyramid Observation Tool), just to name a few. These tools enhance her ability to support educators in meaningful reflection and continuous quality improvement.

Her passion lies in celebrating the unique strengths of each provider and helping them find joy and meaning in their work. Stephanie believes in the power of play, connection, and curiosity — not just for children, but for adults, too. Through her work, she is committed to making a lasting impact in the community that shaped her, and in the lives of both educators and the children they serve.
