    Mission

    Andrea as a coach and consultant in Early Childhood Education is to empower teachers, families, and communities by fostering meaningful relationships and intentional practices that honor diversity, culture, and individuality. She believes that when educators feel supported and inspired, they can create nurturing environments where every child thrives.

    Vision

    Her vision is to cultivate a culture of lifelong learning among early childhood professionals—one where curiosity, reflection, and collaboration guide growth. she envisions classrooms and programs where teachers and families work together with openness, respect, and joy, building strong foundations for children’s futures.

    Experience

    She brings over 25 years of experience working with families and children in both Chile and the United States. For nearly 15 years, she has served at the Children’s Center at Red Rocks Community College, where she has guided children, mentored teachers, and supported families in their journeys. These years have given her a deep understanding of child development, adult learning, and the powerful role of relationships in education.

    Education

    Andrea's journey in Early Childhood Education began at Red Rocks Community College, where she first studied ECE. Since then, she has expanded her knowledge through professional development, trainings, readings, and hands-on practice in diverse educational settings. She believes that education is never static—Her own learning continues every day through the experiences, perspectives, and wisdom of the teachers, families, and children she works alongside.

    Passion

    Coaching and mentoring are at the heart of Andrea's work. She is passionate about guiding new educators as they discover their strengths, values, and unique teaching styles. She loves asking deep questions that invite reflection, spark growth, and encourage curiosity. Just as she teaches, her also learn from every student and colleague—each interaction is an opportunity to expand my understanding of people, cultures, and possibilities.

    Outside of work, her find balance and inspiration in the outdoors—kayaking, hiking, and biking in the beauty of Colorado—as well as through my creative work with weaving on my loom. These experiences keep her grounded and remind her of the importance of joy, resilience, and creativity in both life and education.
