Avory Whitehead is a Quality Improvement Coach with Grand Beginnings, supporting early childhood professionals in Grand and Jackson Counties through reflective, relationship-based coaching. Her mission is to empower educators by meeting them where they are and guiding them toward sustainable, high-quality practices that support children’s development and family success. Avory envisions a connected, confident early childhood workforce that feels valued and equipped to thrive. Although she has attended college without completing a degree, she holds both the Colorado Coach Credential and Trainer Credential, and brings strong, experience-based knowledge to her role after working in the field for 6 years. She is especially passionate about supporting rural providers, promoting social-emotional development, and helping educators implement meaningful, community-driven improvements.
