Donielle DeCow is dedicated to empowering early childhood educators through coaching and consultation that builds confidence, quality, and connection. She envisions a system where all providers—especially those in direct care settings—are supported, respected, and equipped to thrive.
With over 25 years of experience in the field of early childhood, Donielle has served as a center-based provider, family child care provider, Head Start assistant director and Early Head Start Childcare Program Coordinator. Currently, she is serving the Northern Colorado area as a large family home child care provider as well as a Facilitator for EQIT.
Donielle is passionate about elevating the work of early educators. She brings a relational, strengths-based approach to coaching and consulting, helping providers navigate systems, grow professionally, and create nurturing environments for children and families.
